Repair Service Program

With locations in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and Macon, Georgia, Thermodynamics is the leading supplier of repair services for users of plastic bulk material containers and products.

Here’s How The Program Works:


We’ll make sure your damaged containers are picked up by one of our carriers or delivered to us by one of yours. We are able to maintain regular service routes in the contiguous 48 states. Then, we put our industry-leading expertise to work. Containers are professionally washed and their condition evaluated.

Is The Damage Too Bad To Be Repaired?

We’ll tell you. Then you can choose one of these options:

  • We will ship the container back to you for a modest $10.00 freight charge. (shipment will be piggy-backed with existing delivery runs)
  • The container will be disposed of at no cost to you. You can credit the damaged containers – at fair market price, with value based on current per-pound prices for regrind resin – towards purchase of new, state-of-the-art Thermodynamics containers.
  • When Containers ARE Repairable - They are repaired, washed, stenciled when necessary and returned to you. We’ll make that happen.
  • You will only pay for the containers that are repaired.

To keep your costs low and to help us maintain our competitive edge, we ask for full truckloads whenever possible. You understand how full trucks guarantee economies of scale and logistical advantages. In the end, it means affordable prices and excellent service.

Here’s What Is NOT Included:


The purchase of replacement components such as pallets, divider plates and lids. They are the responsibility of the owner. Thermodynamics offers replacements for most container brands at very competitive prices, including installation.

Special secondary work such as welding pallets to the container or installing special drains or other hardware. These items are billed separately. Price quotes will be offered before any work proceeds.
