In January 2000, Shan Industries, LLC acquired Thermodynamics from Tyco International and is now a certified woman-owned business.
In addition to Thermodynamics, Shan's growing family of companies includes Accurate Forming, a deep-draw metal component manufacturer based in Hamburg, New Jersey.  | Mike White joined Thermodynamics in June of 2008 in the role of General Manager. Mike comes from a rotational molding background with strong experience in company turn-arounds. Mike has big plans for Thermodynamics including relocating to a more upgraded facility, implementing lean manufacturing and six sigma initiatives. Another major goal of Mike's is to turn Thermodynamics into a state of the art manufacturing facility with a great reputation and one of the best employers in the Tulsa area. We welcome Mike's fresh approach and motivating enthusiasm as Thermodynamics dives into a new era in rotomolding. | 
| Robert Lux, Engineering, has 30+ years of rotational molding experience and serves as Thermodynamics' most tenured employee. Beginning his career as a machine operator, he has worked his way up through the organization. Robert works with our customers in a sales and engineering role, assessing our customer's needs and providing an engineered solution for their application. With an Associate's Degree in Design, Robert holds 13 patents and is the creator of the AIP pallet and multiiple Military Transportation Equipment Systems. He is a member of the Society of Plastics Engineers, Society of Automotive Engineers, Automotive Industry Action Group, Material Handling Industry Association and is Vice-President of the National Defense Transportation Association - Oklahoma Chapter. He coined the Thermodynamics motto, "we make plastics perform." | 
| Mike Melymuk, VP of Sales and Marketing, holds an MBA degree along with 29 years of rotational molding experience and extensive plastics knowledge. His career with industry-leading companies includes building and manager a new business plant start-up, restructuring staid marketing organizations and numerous industrial product launces. Mike is equally at ease with customers, engineering professionals and factory associates, and brings a disciplined approach and hard-working, lead-by-example management style. | 
| Steve Wible is our Production Manager. Steve worked at Thermodynamics for six months in the role of Project Engineer and was recently promoted into the role of Production Manager. Steve takes a hands on approach to production management. He has big goals for the employees working on the shop floor, including making the manufacturing plant more efficient, reducing scrap, and improving on time delivery. | | Amanda Davis, Sales, holds a BA in Mass Communications/Public Relations and a MA in Human Relations/Organizational Development. Her past experience brings organizational and client service management to the forefront of Thermodynamics Sales and Marketing department, as well as, a wealthy of sales knowledge in the consulting fields.
